First you need a template... here's some that you can use if you like, the second one is a 'blank' card. Once you have a card, then you can add the pics/statistics etc. etc. whatever you like... it's easier if you use some graphics/photo editing software - I use 'Photoshop' mainly. Anyhow - have a go... it's not too hard once you get the hang of it. N.

Photoshop is the best idea.
Paint does work and also can do stuff.
But Photoshop has a choice of, left, right and center alignment
This means the stats are all in the same place.
If you use paint, you'll need to open a second paint window.
When you have made a template, fill the space where the picture will be in any colour.
Go to the second window, paste a picture and resize it to what you want.
Paste the template with the colour where the pic will be on right click and move it over the picture.
Copy the picture back into first window in the same place as the pic space is.
Input the stats.
You do need a Temp (or a Master Card (as sometimes called (a card which every card follows (like the Master Page on Pageplus))))
If there is an easier way to do this on paint then tell me.
Photoshop's easier, have the temp (or master card) find a picture and place it as the back layer (normally) and edit the text
